Enjoy a scenic ATV ride to the top of Big Buddha Hill, one of the highest points in Phuket, which provides a fantastic, 360-degree view of the island. And visit a real Thai Buddhist temple at the top of the hill.

What You Can Expect
After a short drive from your hotel, you arrive at the camp, which is located at the foot of Big Buda Hill, almost in the center of Phuket.
After you arrive, there is a short briefing. Our guide explains the safety rules to you, and shows you how to drive the ATV.
Your adventure begins when everyone is ready and fully equipped, wearing gloves, helmets, and sunglasses. In a group of ATVs, with the tour guide at a head of a column, you explore the surroundings and move to the top of Big Buddha Hill. The ATV track is a combination of dirt and off-road paths, offering a scenic view.
And there you are, on the top of Big Buddha Hill. Slightly tired but satisfied after the ride, because it was worth it – the view is just amazing!
Phuket’s Big Buddha is one of the island’s most important and revered landmarks, visible from almost everywhere on Phuket. You have enough time here to explore the Thai Buddhist temple, enjoy a fascinating bird’s-eye view of the surroundings, and take memorable pictures. From here, you can see other famous landmarks of Phuket, such as Wat Chalong (the biggest Buddhist temple on Phuket); Kata, Karon and Kata Noi beaches; Promthep Cape at the southern end of the island; and Chalong Bay, with its numerous boats and private yachts. Try to see your hotel from here—it might be visible somewhere out there.
Have you rested enough? Now it is time to get back on the trail. About ten minutes of steep, downhill ATV driving and you arrive at the place from which your adventure began. Here you can use a restroom, clean yourself up (we can’t say for certain, but you might have gotten dirty ) and grab a drink, as you might be thirsty after your adventure.
A few minutes later, when everyone is ready, your private vehicle takes you back to your hotel in Phuket.
TOUR DURATION
The total duration of the tour, including transport to and from your hotel is approximately three hours.
WHAT TO WEAR?
You probably will get dirty, so it is best to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting grubby. To protect your feet, we don’t recommend wearing flip-flops or sandals. It is better if your shoes cover and protect your entire feet. And you may need a head scarf to cover your head before wearing a helmet.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO ON ONE ATV?
One ATV can seat two persons, a passenger and a driver. Please note that the price is different for a passenger or a driver. If you want to sit alone on an ATV, you should book as a driver. Passenger pays 200 BAHT less from the tour price.
WHAT TO BRING?
The day will likely be hot and sunny, so bring sunglasses and a hat. And don’t forget your camera!
